在实训教学中推行“5S”管理

起源于日本的"5s"管理,是指在对生产现场的生产要素,如:人员、机器、材料和方法等进行的有效管理,这是日本企业独特的一种管理办法。由于应用此方法能够有效推动企业的良好发展,因此,现在已广泛应用于我国的各类型企业中,但是以职业技能教育为主的高职学院各类实训中心却少有应用,本文将介绍"5S"管理的作用及如何应用于实训中心教学管理中。     

用6S管理注入仓储管理系统内涵推升仓储运营水准

6S管理已经成为企业管理的一项重要内容。文章针对仓储系统的6S管理的推广步骤、内容方向和推行6S管理要注意的问题,阐明6S管理在仓储系统中的应用,导出6S管理是市场竞争方向,是推升仓储管理营运水准的丰富内涵。     

基于MVC的高校OA系统的设计与实现

随着计算机网络的飞速发展，OA系统已是高校信息化建设的重要标志。本文研究了高校信息化办公现状，针对存在的问题，设计并实现了基于B/S体系结构的协同办公系统。系统实现采用了MVC模式。经测试，系统满足设计需求，运行可靠。     

Local Powers of Optimal One‐sample and Multi‐sample Tests for the Concentration of Fisher‐von Mises‐Langevin Distributions

One‐sample and multi‐sample tests on the concentration parameter of Fisher‐von Mises‐Langevin distributions on (hyper‐)spheres have been well studied in the literature. However, only little is known about their behaviour under local alternatives, which is due to complications inherent to the curved nature of the parameter space. The aim of the present paper therefore consists in filling that gap by having recourse to the Le Cam methodology, which has recently been adapted from the linear to the spherical setup. We obtain explicit expressions of the powers for the most efficient one‐ and multi‐sample tests. As a nice by‐product, we are also able to write down the powers (against local Fisher‐von Mises‐Langevin alternatives) of the celebrated Rayleigh test of uniformity. A Monte Carlo simulation study confirms our theoretical findings and shows the empirical powers of the above‐mentioned procedures.     

Planning for competitive port expansion on the U.S. Eastern Seaboard: the case of the Savannah Harbor Expansion Project

With the expansion of the Panama Canal, port cities along the U.S. Eastern Seaboard are competing to attract the increased trade expected once the project is complete in 2015. Competition includes extensive investment in projects for port expansion, dredging, and multimodal transportation for greater hinterland connectivity, fueled in part by uncoordinated federal port investments without a larger strategic vision for national port and trade infrastructure. One of the competing ports is in Savannah, Georgia, which is the country’s fourth busiest container port. Savannah is about to embark on a $652 million project that will dredge thirty-two miles of the Savannah River from 42 to 47 feet to attract and accommodate Post-Panamax container ships. The paper analyzes the geographic coastal impacts of port competition, and looks at the unique circumstances of the Greater Savannah Metropolitan Region in planning for future growth of its port. The case illustrates the geographic tensions of uncoordinated maritime freight and logistics planning with fragile coastal and riparian ecologies. The dramatic interventions in port excavation also demonstrate how global forces of technological change and port expansions in other parts of the world are reshaping local geographies.     

美国奥巴马总统“气候行动计划”解读

2013年6月,美国总统奥巴马在华盛顿乔治城大学发表关于应对气候变化的讲话,发布了"总统气候行动计划",重申到2020年美国实现在2005年基础上减排温室气体17%的承诺,并从减少温室气体排放、应对气候变化的不利影响和领导国际合作三个方面系统阐释了美国联邦政府将采取的一系列举措,这是迄今为止美国政府最全面综合的气候政策。通过分析和梳理该"气候行动计划"推出的背景、主要内容以及美国各界的反应等,指出了该计划的实质和存在的一些问题,包括在实施范围、执行力度、持续性和有效性等方面的局限性。     

基于B/S模式的高校量化管理系统的应用研究

本文分析了目前高校教学量化管理工作中普遍存在的问题和矛盾,提出了一种基于B/S模式的高校教师教学工作量化管理网络化系统的解决方案,论述了系统开发的必要性和实际意义;文章介绍了系统的结构及主要功能模块,以及系统在实践中的应用效果。     

高职经管类实训室践行“6S”现场管理的探索

6S管理可以改善现场环境,提升职业素养,培养协作能力,深化校企合作。本文主要从上述方面论述了在高职经管类实训室中实施6S管理的必要性,以及在推行过程中存在的问题,并针对问题展开讨论,找出了一些问题的解决对策。     

6S优化检维修管理模式的实施

为提高设备检维修现场管理水平,中国石化南通石油分公司大岸桥石油机械厂钳工车间将6S现场管理理念导入钳工车间日常检维修管理中,通过对检维修现状和方式的分析,创新管理理念,制定有效的计划及措施并落到实处,使钳工现场检维修管理模式得到优化,提升了车间的管理水平。     

多层微波集成电路中微带线层间互连仿真

针对多层微波集成电路设计的微带线层间互连问题，介绍了垂直通孔互连、垂直带条互连和层耦合过渡互连三种高性能的互连方法，并且采用三维电磁仿真软件HFSS对这三种互连结构进行了建模和仿真。仿真结果表明，垂直通孔互连和垂直带条互连在0.1～25 GHz的频宽范围内，回波损耗S11<-20 dB，插入损耗S21>-1 dB，互连性能优良，而层耦合过渡互连在20～68 GHz内回波损耗S11 <-20 dB，插入损耗S21>-1 dB，具有在毫米波频段实现互连的潜力。
